Beta interest and contact
Nex Alpha is a private-beta product of Nex Intelligence. For privacy questions or requests about your information, contact sjoerd@getnexalpha.ai.
Information we handle
If you send a beta-interest email, we receive your email address, any name in your email, project or agent details you choose to include, and related correspondence. We use this information to respond, assess beta interest, and coordinate access. The landing-page form only prepares a draft in your email application; it does not submit or store your details on this site.
Technical data and providers
Hosting and beta/API infrastructure may process technical telemetry and logs, such as IP addresses, request times, requested paths, response status, and error or usage information, to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service. Where needed, external hosting, infrastructure, email, and operational service providers process information for these purposes. This landing page adds no analytics, tracking, or cookies. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep beta-interest correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and manage beta participation. Technical logs are retained only as needed for operations, security, and troubleshooting. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to applicable retention obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information.
