Private-beta scope
Nex Alpha is provided by Nex Intelligence as a limited private beta. Questions about access or these terms can be sent to sjoerd@getnexalpha.ai. Requesting access does not guarantee admission or continued availability. The beta, API, schemas, features, and access conditions may change, be suspended, or be discontinued.
Technical intelligence
Nex Alpha provides technical intelligence, not financial advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or trade. Evidence can be incomplete, outdated, conflicting, or incorrect. There is no guarantee of token safety, executability, returns, or any trading outcome.
Current FAST limitations
Current FAST provides pre-trade risk evidence and execution context. It does not provide an executable quote, route validation, or a wallet-readiness assessment. Execution remains NOT_ASSESSED unless an observed security blocker requires BLOCKED. x402 compatibility describes a technical capability; commercial live settlement is not activated.
Your decisions and data
You remain responsible for your own trading and execution decisions, independent checks, wallet permissions, and use of the output. Do not send private keys or credentials in beta-interest messages. Our Privacy notice explains how beta-interest information and technical logs are handled.
